ClaimHaven Member Services exists to equip homeowners with the tools, education, documentation, and confidence needed to protect what matters most. We empower members to advocate for themselves and navigate the ever-changing claims landscape – whether dealing with insurance claims, manufacturer warranty claims, or selecting the right contractor for the job.

We provide a proactive solution to one of the industry’s greatest failures: inadequate proof at the time it matters most. By addressing common breakdowns in claim handling – such as inexperience, improper training, internal pressure, and lack of documentation – we help safeguard homeowners from unnecessary delays, denials, and underpayments.

Beyond claims, ClaimHaven helps homeowners cut through the noise after a storm. We educate members to identify and avoid predatory contractors, while also helping them recognize honest professionals who operate with integrity. Through ongoing documentation and monitoring, we help detect early signs of roof defects and potential issues – before they turn into major losses.

Our founders bring firsthand experience from every side of the industry: contractors, public adjusters, third-party inspectors, and catastrophe insurance adjusters. We’ve seen the full spectrum – the good, the bad, and the ugly. From bad-faith denials and delay tactics, to contractor “numbers games,” to manufacturer defects and class-action lawsuits. We’ve also seen claims handled correctly, honest contractors tell the truth, and quality products perform as promised.

That perspective revealed what the industry was missing: a system built around the homeowner.
